Job Description: 

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to customers via video calls to assess the technical feasibility of installations.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.

• Monitor system performance and prepare reports.

• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement technical improvements.

• Manage back-office activities.

What we are looking for:

• Diploma or degree in Electricity or a related technical field.

• Good knowledge of electrical safety codes and regulations.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience as an electrician (AC).

• Experience in installing inverters and electrical panels for photovoltaic systems.

• Solid experience in heating systems (particularly heat pumps) installation and maintenance.

• Fluency in Italian (C1 level) and in English (B2 level).
