Job Description: 

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized technical support to Italian customers via video call, evaluating the technical feasibility of photovoltaic systems.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor the performance of the installed photovoltaic systems, producing periodic reports.
• Actively collaborate with design and development teams to optimize technical solutions.
• Manage and coordinate administrative and back-office activities related to technical support.

What we are looking for:

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical fields.
• Concrete and demonstrable experience as a technician or electrician specialized in photovoltaics.
• Specific knowledge in the installation and maintenance of Photovoltaic inverters and Electrical panels (AC/DC)
• In-depth knowledge of electrical safety codes and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Italian is compulsory (oral and written) to communicate clearly with Italian customers.
