🎯Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting team : manage KPIs, team coordination, monitoring, evaluation, and both initial and ongoing training

• Organize and monitor the team's daily activities, ensuring the achievement of set quantitative and qualitative objectives

• Provide close management and support to the team

• Handle the team’s administrative validations

• Prepare and deliver reports

• Facilitate coordination between international teams

• Ensure continuity and adherence to the company’s values and culture within the team
