Site Reliability Engineer

Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.

One of our clients is a technology start-up providing data acquisition, analytics, and reporting solutions for investors and asset services.

In this context, we are hiring a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 2–3 years of experience to join the Engineering team and contribute to the reliability, observability, and performance of a complex data platform. This role focuses on enhancing monitoring, testing, and automation to ensure that the infrastructure and applications remain stable, scalable, and efficient.

As the first dedicated SRE on the team, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the SRE function and contribute to building a high-performing team as the company scales.

Your Missions:

As an SRE, you will work closely with Data Science, Platform Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to ensure system stability and observability:

• Improve observability, logging, and monitoring across distributed systems
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and infrastructure changes
• Implement testing frameworks to validate system performance and reliability
• Optimize resource utilization and system performance across diverse workloads
• Automate infrastructure operations and monitoring processes using Python and cloud-native technologies
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and resilience
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live environments

Your Qualifications:

• Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 2–3 years of experience as an SRE, DevOps, or similar engineering role*
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and tooling
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Lumigo, Grafana, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation best practices
• Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless deployment models
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
