Electric Manager

The electric manager plans, organizes and manages electrical operations and maintenance of the electric transmission and distribution systems withinHicha Joy. He analyzes, evaluates, develops, and implements corrective actions to resolve problems to ensure a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.

Main responsibilities include:

• Provides electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects
• Manage and oversee the mapping databases and initiate new drawings and revisions.
• Manages unit and development cost estimations and helps determine affordable and reliable material sources
• Ensures on-time product development by collaborating with other colleagues to estimate reasonable and precise schedules and solve problems quickly
• Establish technical standards in reviews, documentations, and designs
• Manage the electrical staff members
• Preserve equipment in good working order by following operating instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, keeping supplies on hand, regularly performing preventive maintenance and promptly scheduling repairs
