Materials Planner

We Are Hiring: Materials Planner                                                                                                                                                               

 The Materials Planner is responsible for ensuring the right materials are available for production on time. You will manage inventory levels, work closely with suppliers and forwarders, and ensure a continuous flow of materials to keep production running smoothly.       

 Key Responsibilities:

📦 Manage inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed.

🏗️ Develop relationships with suppliers and forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

🔄 Monitor usage rates and adjust orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock.

🤝 Collaborate with other departments to ensure materials are available for production schedules.

📊 Track production volume and purchasing trends to anticipate needs.

⚠️ Identify potential supply chain issues and react proactively to mitigate impact.

🗂️ Keep accurate records of inventory and orders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

📊 Experience in materials planning, purchasing, or inventory management.

🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

🖥️ Experience with SAP or other inventory management software.

🔍 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

🚗 Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.

Good communication skills in German (both verbal and written).

👥 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Working
