Are you an experienced professional in business development with a proven track record in managing commercial operations? Are you seeking a challenging role where you can lead the growth of a dynamic and thriving branch? We are looking for a UK Branch Manager to oversee operations and drive the development of our UK branch.

In this strategic position, you will be responsible for optimizing the branch's performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and implementing a growth-oriented commercial strategy. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the company’s financial results and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the UK branch with the objective of continuous growth and revenue maximization.
  • Respond to client requests for proposals and ensure rigorous follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of projects that meet quality standards.
  • Contribute to defining and executing the branch’s growth strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement client retention initiatives to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (project management, client relations, business development).
  • Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid project management and client relationship skills, combined with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.

Proposed Compensation:

  • Fixed remuneration.
  • Attractive variable remuneration: up to 50% of the fixed salary per month, depending on performance.

Language Requirement:

  • Excellent command of English (oral and written).
