Call center established in Tunisia for more than 10 years, subsidiary of a French group, international leader in its field, is recruiting:
JOB :
Reporting to the Center's Production Director, you manage a team of 20 people on incoming calls and your role will be to guarantee the achievement of the set objectives and to supervise a production set for the night team, by mobilizing your team and knowing how to analyze performance and statistics in real time.
Your main missions:
* You optimize the daily organization of activities, to achieve the quantitative objectives set for team members.
* You ensure compliance with procedures.
* You prepare and check schedules.
* You relay the directions and decisions of the management team to the team, and explain the operational impacts.
* You participate in the synergy between services, by ensuring the link between employees and the management team or with other structures of the company, in particular the telephone switchboard.
PROFILE :
At least Bac+2/3 level. You have developed strong managerial and interpersonal skills during your career.
Your organization, your rigor as well as your interpersonal skills will be essential assets to succeed in this position.
Successful experience in management in call centers is required (minimum 3 years). Position to be filled as soon as possible.
