Maintenance Machine Technician

Qualifications

• Electrical ,Mechanical diploma, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in maintenance or repair of industrial equipment, in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, preferably in a painting industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of control systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all preventive and corrective maintenance is performed on production equipment according to procedures and with cost efficiency in mind.
• Manage Spare Parts Inventory
• Identify and track necessary wear parts for machines under your responsibility, ensuring timely replacements.
• Ensure Optimal Equipment Functionality
• Maintain the smooth operation of production equipment and installations to support continuous production.Timely Delivery of Orders
• Oversee that production equipment supports on-time order delivery schedules.
• Uphold Equipment and 5S Standards
