## Description

**Qualifications**

  * Conduct regular inspections of molds to identify wear, damage, or defects.
  *  Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting molds to ensure optimal performance.
  * Diagnose and repair mold-related issues, including replacing worn parts or components.
  * Make necessary modifications or adjustments to molds to improve production efficiency or adapt to new product specifications
  * Assist in the setup of molds for production runs, ensuring proper alignment and installation.
  * Conduct test runs to verify that molds are functioning correctly and producing quality parts.
  * Maintain accurate records of mold maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and any modifications made.
  * Report any significant issues or trends in mold performance to management or engineering teams.

**Responsibilities**

  * Relevant Work Experience: 5 years in mold maintenance or repair
  * BTS in mold making, industrial maintenance 
  * Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes: Understanding of injection molding or related manufacturing processes can be beneficial
  * Mechanical Proficiency: Strong mechanical skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molds.
  * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  * Knowledge of Mold Design and Functionality: Understanding the principles of mold design and operation.
  * Ability to diagnose mold issues and develop effective solutions.
