Job Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical Technician / Mechanical Engineer with expertise in fixture construction, hands-on manufacturing, and CNC machinery operation and programming. Strong technical English communication skills are essential for interpreting technical documentation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you will design, build, and operate systems crucial for producing high-quality exhaust components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Build Fixtures: Create, construct, and assemble custom fixtures and workpiece holders to support production processes.
• Operate CNC Machinery: Program and operate CNC milling and turning machines to ensure precise machining of components.
• Metalworking & Assembly: Perform hands-on tasks such as welding, milling, and turning to refine fixtures and components.
• Quality Assurance: Use precision tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to inspect and measure components, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
• Process Optimization: Implement improvements to enhance efficiency in fixture construction, CNC operations, and production workflows.
• Technical Communication: Interpret and prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation in English to align with international standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Mechanics.
  • Practical training in fixture construction or manufacturing is highly valued.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience in fixture design and construction, with hands-on manufacturing expertise.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam) and operation of milling and turning machines.
  • Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for technical design and drafting.
  • Strong understanding of metalworking techniques and manufacturing process.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and precision in both design and assembly.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address production challenges.
  • Good technical English communication for collaboration and documentation.

• Preferred Experience:

  • Working knowledge of production processes related to exhaust systems or similar components.
  • Familiarity with automotive manufacturing standards and quality requirements.
