## Description

Principal Responsibilities :

  * Support HR team for delivering HR based activities and cycle.
  * Support HR team in recruitment process :
    * Screening & shortlisting
    * Interview arrangements
    * References and background check
    * Developing recruitment reports
    * Filing
  * Support HR team for other assigned HR processes management (filing, archiving -electronic and hard, timesheet, insurance, performance management, contractors, trainings , internships …)

Handle day to day HR activities and employee services.

**Educational Qualifications & experience**

  * Minimum Baccalaureate Diploma
  * Work experience in a similar position in multicultural organisation is preferred.

**Specialist Knowledge/Languages / Skills :**

  * Good Knowledge HR processes and procedures.
  * Good use of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  * Skilled in both written and verbal communication in English, Arabic and French.
  * A team player, willing to work hard to build strong and productive relationships at all levels.
  * Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  * Ability to analyse and interprete data.
  * Ability to prioritize and efficiently execute a high volume and broad scope of tasks within tight deadlines, competing demands and changes in the work environment
  * Ability to deal with frequent interruptions, changes, delays, or unexpected events
  * Strong sense of business ethics, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, to consult effectively and collaborate with others
