## Description

The Junior Import-Export Manager contributes to the export/import process within the company.

He/she is in charge of managing the main stages of the export/import operations.

Main responsibilities include:

  * Coordinate the export and import procedure with the quality team.
  * Invite customs officer, quality manager and phytosanitary department for truck loading
  * Update items and prices in SAGE X3
  * Create/Validate invoices in SAGE X3
  * Ensure proper administration of export documents
  * File declaration in TTN
  * Check import documents ( nvoices, packing list, etc.)
  * Check and confirm the arrival notification

**Qualifications:**

  * Good knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics
  * Diploma in logistics
  * Good English written and verbal skills
  * Strong organization skills
  * Good conflict resolution qualities
  * Maintain cooperative working relationship
