Description de l'annonce
The Junior Import-Export Manager contributes to the export/import process within the company.
He/she is in charge of managing the main stages of the export/import operations.
Main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the export and import procedure with the quality team.
- Invite customs officer, quality manager and phytosanitary department for truck loading
- Update items and prices in SAGE X3
- Create/Validate invoices in SAGE X3
- Ensure proper administration of export documents
- File declaration in TTN
- Check import documents ( nvoices, packing list, etc.)
- Check and confirm the arrival notification
- Good knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics
- Diploma in logistics
- Good English written and verbal skills
- Strong organization skills
- Good conflict resolution qualities
- Maintain cooperative working relationship
