La Joie de Hicha is looking for a Human Resources Manager.
This position holder will manage Human Resources-related aspects and will participate in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives and improving the performance of the HR management system.
He /she will also participate is providing effective and reliable reviews that supports the company’s decision making.
The CDD contract is renewable till reaching the CDI.

Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources or relative fields
- People orientation and results-drive
- Good knowledge of labor regulations.
- Good knowledge of collective agreement
- Mastery of negotiation tools and techniques
- Good English level
