Production Planner Supervisor ( logistic)

Position Summary

As a Production Planner Supervisor, your main role will be coordinating the functions of receiving and negotiating customer programs and analysing them in order to establish appropriate planning in line with manufacturing capacity and customer requirements.

Your Role

• Managing the team of planners while organising the work of the team according to the number of references and the identity of the Value stream ;

• Ensuring compliance with the scheduling and customer satisfaction

• Coordinating with customers/service centres the definition and revision of the "concept element & the connection MAP"

• Ensuring the proper preparation of capacity studies with the planners while ensuring the implementation of the necessary actions to support customer volumes;

• Negotiate with customers in the event of delivery problems and variations in delivery plans, additional costs, etc;

• Coordinate with the various departments the development and implementation of optimum actions to achieve the plant's objectives;

• Ensure compliance with sales targets and quality standards.

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree In Logistics management or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics with team management experience

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Outstanding verbal and written communication in English, Additional languages are preferred

• Knowledge of logistics processes with initiation in SAP or similar ERP system

• Proficient user of Microsoft office.
