Quality Manager Automotive M/F

You will be responsible for implementing strict quality control measures across the production process, ensuring meticulous inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and final products. You will maintain adherence to statistical process control (SPC) methods. You will set clear quality requirements and conduct regular audits to uphold standards. You will champion customer satisfaction by engaging with clients to understand their needs and promptly addressing concerns. You will also integrate customer feedback into continuous improvement initiatives. You will a ensure compliance with industry regulations, preparing quality reports for senior management and maintaining documentation of audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Furthermore, you will lead and develop the quality assurance team, providing training and support on standards and practices.

With a bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field. And a proven experience in quality management specifically within the automotive industry (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001). An experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Lean Concepts / Methodologies.
