Shift Leader for Maintenance in Molding

Are you a dynamic and organized individual with strong leadership skills? Do you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance of injection machines? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Shift Leader for Maintenance in Molding.

Location: Enfidha Industrial Zone

Your Roles & Responsibilities as a Shift Leader for Maintenance in Molding:

✅ Perform the assembly/disassembly of molds and equipment on machines and make necessary adjustments.

✅ Identify the program based on production requirements and display equipment parameters (temperature, heating time, etc.).

✅ Adjust the settings of injection machines and equipment according to parameter specifications.

✅ Fine-tune injection machines and production tooling.

✅ Verify safety devices and initiate the injection machines.

✅ Check the conformity of the initial produced pieces for production start-up and make adjustments as needed.

✅ Verify equipment parameters and adjust as necessary.

✅ Check incoming materials and the conformity of products during production (samples, etc.).

✅ Maintain tools and equipment.

✅ Conduct internal communication activities.

✅ Monitor activity progress.

✅ Verify the conformity of control documents.

✅ Control the results of interventions and equipment restart.
