Description de l'annonce

The concerned person will be integrated in FIT Back Office IT center in Tunis . He/she will work as a member of the EBCS (Electronic Bank Communication System) Competency Center and in close relation with the SAP and Process Integration team .

He/she will be in charge of third level support on the dedicated applications used for electronic communications with banks.

Therefore a good understanding of IT tools in general like SQL and oracle DB, and of communication systems is very important to succeed. A general understanding of finance processes and ideally of tresury application will also be very helpful.

Mains missions are :

To ramp up on the EBCS application knowledge with the support of the EBCS project team in order to be able to configure / set up functionalities:

create or modify format setup in the system (data mapping)
set up of new workflows
set up of new bank communications parameters

To be able to analyse issues/incidents escalated by the support chain (level 2) and provide solutions
To liaise with EBCS solution editor: bug escalation, new releases, implementation of fixes …
To analyse new requirements coming from Group or Local Treasury users in term of communications with banks (formats, …).
To provide specifications for news requirements and subsequently implement them in EBCS
To support and train 2nd level support teams either central or local.
To coordinate all aforementioned activities around EBCS with Faurecia Group Information Systems Departments: Operations / SAP Competence Center / Interface Competence Center …

Ideal candidate should have / be :

Information technologies Master’s degree with several years of experience in IT
Experience in electronic information exchanges is required
General knowledge in IT Systems and interfacing of applications and related technologies is required
Knowledge of Databases / SQL language a plus
Good knowledge in finance processes would be appreciated
Good communication and expression skills in an international context (English required)
Service minded, structured and autonomous
