Sales and Marketing Assistant

Our company based in both Tunisia and Algeria and specialized in importing and exporting raw materials for food industries is looking for the best talent to help us grow our business in our current markets !

First and most important, please note that your French and English should be both PERFECT otherwise please don't send your resume ! You need also be able to travel outside and inside Tunisia in order to meet customers and partners together with the Sales Manager.

Our Sales and Marketing Assistant will be supporting our team (Mainly our Sales Manager and our General Manager) and will be suggesting new strategies.

Here below are some of your responsabilities:

- Management of complex agenda with a high level of confidence

- Planning and organization of meetings, events, trips, seminars.

- Meetings organization, reports & summary Management of administrative topics

- Expenses management validation following the existing Policies.

- Administrative tasks

- Dealing with partners by mail and phone

- Studying the market and suggesting new ideas

- Managing our linkedIn Page and website

- Targeting new markets

You are a team-player with good problem-solving skills.

About you:

- Degree in marketing or international trade (or any other related area)

- Excellent communication skills in oral and written English and French (this is a must please!)

- Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, good knowledge of technical and business vocabulary.

- A first experience in a similar role will be appreciated

- Good presentation skills

- Willing to learn and curious

- Autonomy
