About the job:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales support to follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The inside sales support responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

To be successful as an inside sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals, be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.

Responsibilities:

· Advice and support our customers and our Subsidiaries worldwide

· Order processing of series orders and project orders including contract review and invoicing

· Creation of order confirmations with delivery date clarification and confirmation via customer portals

· Recording customer complaints and repairs

· Supporting our international customer base

· Proactive support for sales representatives

Qualifications:

· Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage

· Perfect MS-Office knowledge and experience with CRM systems

· Ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills and quick comprehension

· Strong customer, service and sales orientation

· Very good English skills German is a plus.
