Our company is a renewable energy, transmission and hydrogen developer based in Tunisia, focused on the Mediterranean region. We has an ambitious multi-GW portfolio of solar PV, solar CSP, transmission and green hydrogen projects under development.

Our company is looking to hire an Office Manager to support the Operations Manager and the Management Team to manage the general operation of the office.

 

Main tasks:

 

·  Oversee the general office operation,

·  All-around secretarial duties,

·  Drafting correspondence and letters,

·  Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls and directing calls to relevant staff,

·  Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules,

·  Provide the necessary logistics for conferences and meetings organized or participated by TuNur,

·  Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, car rental reservations and visas preparation,

·  Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain a proper stock level (water, coffee, cleaning products…),

·  Follow-up with maintenance companies to take care of repairs and maintenance required in the office to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order (security company, plumber, electrician…),

·  Help the Operations Manager to prepare articles for the company’s website

·  Assist the Team with IT issues, IT interventions in coordination with our local and foreign IT advisor,

·  Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures,

· Carrying out administrative duties outside the office (paying invoices, collecting documents…).

Qualifications:

· Good level of English (spoken, written and read)

 

·  Proven experience as an Office Manager (Responsable Administratif) preferably in a multinational company,

·  Excellent organizing abilities,

·  Excellent knowledge of MS Office,

·  BAC+3 in Management,

·  2 - 4 years of experience,

·  Punctuality, attendance, and Teamwork skills,

Language skills: fluent English, Arabic and French.
