Human Resources Manager

La Joie de Hicha is looking for a Human Resources Manager.

This position holder will manage Human Resources-related aspects and will participate in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives and improving the performance of the HR management system. 

He /she will also participate is providing effective and reliable reviews that supports the company’s decision making. 

The CDD contract is renewable till reaching the CDI.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources or relative fields
• People orientation and results-drive
• Good knowledge of labor regulations.
• Good knowledge of collective agreement
• Mastery of negotiation tools and techniques
• Good English level
