Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Community and Online Marketing Manager with a strong background in community management, online marketing, and social media in the web3/crypto sector.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement community management and online marketing strategies.

- Manage and moderate social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.).

- Create and manage engaging content.

- Execute online marketing campaigns (email, content marketing, SEO, paid ads).

- Monitor and analyze engagement and marketing metrics.

- Build relationships with community members, influencers, and partners.

- Organize community events.

- Stay updated on industry trends.

- Handle customer inquiries and support issues.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in community and online marketing management in the web3/crypto industry.

- Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proficient with social media management, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

- Creative thinker with a passion for community building and marketing.

- Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in SaaS and crypto web3 projects.

- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop).

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.

- Experience hosting webinars and online events.

- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
