A Multinational company operating in automotive field is looking for a Supply chain coordiator.

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures the smooth functioning of the entire supply chain process, from materials procurement to order fulfillment and delivery. They develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, create contingency plans for disruptions, and provide transparent reporting to leadership on supply chain performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current supply chain strengths, challenges, and opportunities

Create reporting and tracking processes to provide accurate and useful supply chain information to leadership

Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to determine optimal scheduling and timelines

Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks from materials or transportation disruptions

Manage a team of buyers and planners

Oversee inbound and outbound traffic, ensuring cost-effectiveness and tracking consignments

Maintain good client relationships and deliver excellent customer service

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health, and safety regulations

Prepare management reports and analyze statistical supply chain data

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)

Experience in complex logistics planning, vendor management, and forecasting

Strong proficiency with efficiency software and spreadsheets

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Familiarity with industry-standard computer programs
