An Export Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the export operations of a company, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The Export Supervisor oversees all aspects of the export process, from coordinating shipments to ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. work closely with other departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to streamline export operations and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the daily activities of the export team, including order processing, documentation, and shipment scheduling.
• Ensure all export activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Review and approve export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all export paperwork.
• Work closely with the inventory management team to maintain accurate inventory levels for export products. Coordinate with production and procurement departments to fulfill export orders.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering
• 3+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations
• Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
• Strong team player
• Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software
