## Description

**Purpose of Role  **  

 -Ensure the coordination between Sales Team and Operations.

-Support and coordinate into the Supply chain department Key Roles.

**Responsibilities  **

-Interacts directly with corporate sales department and operation in efficient manner 

-Work with Managers to create and maintain a clear process 

-Participates in continuous improvement events when requested-other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Experience  **

-Previous customer service experience.

-Previous client relationship experience.

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.

**Business Skills**  

\- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

\- Strong written and oral communication skills. 

-Supply chain knowledge 

**Managerial Skills:  **

\- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

\- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 

\- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

\- Ability to work in a team setting. 

**IT Skills:  **

 \- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office.

\- ERP system.

\- Sales Forces (secondary skill).

**Language Skills:  **
