Power BI Senior Developer (5+ Years’ Experience) 

**__Key Responsibilities__**

Lead complex Power BI development projects.

Perform advanced data analysis and provide strategic insights. 

Expertise in advanced DAX functions, including dynamic calculations and performance optimization. Implement and manage dynamic Row Level Security. 

Oversee Incremental Refresh strategies for large datasets. 

Mentor junior developers in Power BI best practices. 

**__Skills Required__**

Minimum 5 years of experience in Power BI development.

Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. 

Strong leadership and project management skills. 

Experience with large-scale data projects and performance tuning in Power BI. 

Proficient in SQL and database technologies. 

Excellent communication, mentoring, and analytical skills.
