Are you fluent in American English ?

Work with us from your home as a customer service representative CSR. 

 

·  Work From Home in a private room with wired internet connection. We provide a stipend to upgrade internet speed.

·  Salary: 2000 dinars brut per month (before tax)

 

As a Customer Service Representative, your interactions resonate with a genuine care for our clients' well-being.Your communication skills nurture a collaborative work environment among peers, management, and customers alike. With exceptional listening skills, you expertly handle customer interactions, employing adept call control and de-escalation techniques. Your judicious decision-making reflects a prioritization of both client satisfaction and company objectives while ensuring tasks are tackled with efficiency. Moreover, your commitment to maintaining a reliable private internet connection underscores your dedication to uninterrupted service delivery.

 

Our mission is to help small business owners in the home service trades to understand and know their financials and bookkeeping is being managed and maintained with the highest standards. The company you will work for has staff with a high degree of experience in the electrical, plumbing, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and other home service industries--and offers their knowledge to help increase your understanding of their business.

 

Work Conditions

·  Work From Home in a private room with wired internet connection. We provide a stipend to upgrade internet speed.

·  Salary: 2000 dinars brut per month (before tax)

  • Work time: From 14:00 to 23:00 or 15:00 to 24:00 depending on the position
  • Weekend Off (Friday and Saturday)
  • Paid time off (two weeks of vacation time)
  • Holiday schedule follows American calendar (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Labor Day)
  • Training is provided to you before the job starts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completely fluent in English (American accent only) – Required
  • Diploma in English or TOFEL score of more than 90 – Preferred but not required
  • Computer typing proficiency of 50+ WPM along with good computer skills (Google calendar, Microsoft Excel, word)
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience with a high call volume – Preferred but not required
  • Experience in the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) is preferred but not required
