Role Description

Mission 1:

1. Bidding

• Prepare tender documents, including administrative and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with other teams to promote our offerings.

• Communicate with owners and design companies to obtain drawing approval.

• Maintain contact with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Perform translation work from French and Arabic to English.

• Respond to clients' questions and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results.

 Mission 2:

2. project management

• Track and regulate project progress across its entire duration;

• Responsibilities to the project team members, outlining clear objectives for them;

• Validate the completion of tasks;

• Supervise the activities of the project team;

• Manage updates of project deliverables across team members.

• Resolve project problems

• Oversee contract administration;

• Mitigate and manage potential risks;

• Ensure adherence to deadlines and maintain an updated schedule for execution;

• Regularly provide progress reports to higher management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Two (02) years in a similar position

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to work independently or as part of a team

Good communication skills and an ability to interact with different teams
