Position Summary

Ensure continuous improvement of the production concept to achieve better results (quality, efficiency, space, etc.)

Your Role

• Define and implement the production concept in compliance with the various engineering rules (Kits, sequences, WPO, Ergonomics, Quality, Efficiency, etc.);

• Ensure compliance with EOS procedures;

• Follow MSD report;

• Ensure compliance with quality requirements;

• Participate in various improvement projects;

• Continuously improve quality and efficiency performance;

• Ensure that certification and customer audits run smoothly;

• Ensure proper management of auxiliary staff (control of overtime, etc.);

• Ensuring the revision of the production flow diagram (PFD) and monitoring PFMEA updates relating to the various changes;

• Ensuring compliance with quality;

• Alerting in the event of an incident relating to the environment/safety;

• Suggesting improvements to the environmental and safety management system.

Your Background

• Engineering diploma or equivalent.

• 2-3 years of experience in industry.

• Good level of English.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Being able to adapt to change and react quickly
