Speaking sales agent

We are seeking a highly motivated English-speaking Sales Agent to join our team in BeeCall. As a sales Agent, you are responsible for handling both sales and customer service tasks.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
• Generate sales leads by prospecting and cold-calling potential customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous knowledge or experience in customer service is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Active listening and proven communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
