## Description

**Purpose of Role :**

Supports for the introduction of new products to manufacturing.

**Key Accountabilities :**  

  * Supports the definition of manufacturing standards and requirements needed for production
  * Machinery commissioning
  * Supports the definition and documentation of new manufacturing processes – including ongoing continuous improvement
  * Produces prototype and pre-production product batches
  * Hands on testing and development activities
  * Provide training to operators on new processes introduced into assembly
  * Supports the definition and setup of new manufacturing assembly areas

**Qualifications and Experience :**

Demonstrable experience in a similar role

Hands on experience in assembly of prototypes and subsequent testing

Experience in PFMEA and Control Plan creation

Previous experience of new product introduction

Previous experience of manufacturing processes

Good written and verbal communication in English.
