Power BI Technical Leader (7+ Years’ Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically lead Power BI initiatives Drive end-to-end data analysis and development of enterprise-level Power BI solutions.
Expertise in complex DAX, advanced Power BI features, and setting organizational best practices. Implement robust data security with dynamic/static RLS.
Mentor teams in optimizing Power BI's Incremental Refresh for large datasets.
Serve as a Power BI subject matter expert, guiding the CoE's direction and innovation.
Skills Required
7+ years in Power BI development, with leadership experience.
Expert in DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot, and data architecture.
Proven strategic planning and implementation skills within a Power BI CoE.
Deep knowledge of data security and RLS in Power BI.
Leadership in a CoE, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills, driving Power BI excellence.
