Agency network manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agencies Network Manager to join our team. The Agencies Network Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our network of agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard new agencies into our network.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with existing agencies, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with agencies to develop marketing and sales strategies that align with our objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agencies, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for agencies to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and the agencies in our network, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Liscence or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
• Proven experience in agency management or a similar role, preferably in shipping sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power point and Excel.
