Your tasks 

  • Setting up and expanding production and controlling all production processes
  • Conception and implementation of production processes
  • Capacity planning
  • Promotion and implementation of improvement suggestions
  • Technical and organizational support of the employees
  • Cross-divisional way of thinking: Communication and cooperation especially with Sales, Engineering and Quality Assurance
  • Cost, budget, investment planning
  • Target: Assembling cable assemblies and related processes initially as a subcontractor to our production facility in Germany

Job profile 

  • Engineering degree with specialization in general Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Several years of experience in industrial series production, ideally even in cable production
  • Proven track record in management
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • English mandatory and German would be nice to have
