Job Description:

HR House International is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a company operating in the Pharmaceutical sector: Experienced Technical Sales Representative in the Pharmaceutical sector - Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region (M/F)

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the growth of revenue and profitability in line with the geographical expansion under your responsibility.

· Motivate and boost the sales force of distributors by setting sales targets and evaluating their performance.

· Actively develop commercial prospecting in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strategic relationships.

· Ensure the monitoring and management of non-compliances with the distribution network, end customers, as well as the quality department.

Profile:

· You have a university degree at the bachelor's level +5 in commerce, engineering, or any other related field.

· You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Representative in the MENA region or equivalent.

· You have an excellent level in both English and French.
