Description de l'annonce

You will develop and implement policies: environment regulations, occupational health, and safety standards.

You will monitor compliance: with local and international environment regulations and safety  standards, Obtain, update, or maintain plans, permits, or standard operating procedures.

You will identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace, conduct risk assessments, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks to prevent accidents or environmental harm. Also, you will review plans and specifications for new machinery or equipment to determine whether all safety requirements have been met.  

You will oversee initiatives to minimize the company’s environmental impact, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability efforts.

You will develop emergency response plans and procedures to handle potential environmental emergencies or workplace incidents.

You will collaborate with various departments to ensure safety and environmental considerations are integrated into all aspects of operations. Also, you will prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.

Continuous improvement in EHS performance: you will foster a culture of safety and identify opportunities to enhance environmental sustainability.

Qualification required:

Master’s degree in Environment health and safety or a related field

Good experience minimum of 5years in industrial field,

Regulatory knowledge in local and international environmental, health and safety regulations applicable to the MedTech, industry

Strong Leadership qualities to implement and oversee EHS policies, procedures and initiatives as well as to drive a culture of safety and environmental responsibilities throughout the organization.

Analytical skills related to EHS performance.

Fluent in English
