Production Engineering Manager

Job Objective:

• Implement and manage continuous process improvement projects by managing the human and material resources necessary for their implementation in compliance with quality standards, safety hygiene rules, deadlines and costs.

Roles :

• Management and implementation of continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities :

• Organization, planning and monitoring of the progress of the various stages of a continuous improvement project
• Arbitrage and allocation of resources (human, financial, deadlines, materials, etc.) according to the development strategy.
• Organization and facilitation of project teams
• Coordination of activities with other departments: supply chain, production, quality, maintenance, etc.
• Monitor data compliance on IFS
• Study and validate the technical feasibility of continuous improvement projects
• Implement and coordinate project progress with various stakeholders
• Implement and monitor progress of improvement actions with process drivers
• Lead IFS infrastructure improvement projects

Required Skills :

• Engineering degree or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience
