Overview of Role:

To produce customer logo’s on National Pen’s products to meet customer expectations.

Work as a team member to ensure turnaround, quality & output goals.

What you will do:

Produce customer logo’s on all National Pen products to defined quality standards.
Produce customer logo’s to achieve /exceed daily output targets.
Work as part of a team to achieve turnaround targets for each logo prep hold.
Communicate positively with Sales & CRM agents on logo queries.
Responsible for correcting any returns from production for quality issues.
Assist supervisor in identifying root cause issues on any returns from customers.
Any other duties which may arise as a result of expansion of business and/or introduction of new technological processes.

What we need from you:

Possess a high level of computer/ keyboard skills.
An excellent working knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop packages.
Good creative artistic skills.
A good working knowledge of Oracle holds & order queries would be a plus
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
Fluent English
