Position: Professional/Senior Backend and Fullstack Developer

Location: Tunisia

Level: Professional (At least Three years of professional experience)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using Java, Spring, and DevOps.
• Implement Microservices and Microfrontend architectures to meet customer requirements.
• Active participation in Agile methodologies.
• Monitor and ensure the performance, security, and operational stability of software solutions.
• Collaborate with domain experts and business analysts to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Technologies, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Object-Oriented software development, with expertise in Java 11/17 and Spring/Spring Boot, Docker, Microservices, MongoDb and basic software architecture knowledge
• Knowledge in container technologies such as Docker.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Very good command of the English language, with a willingness to learn German (German communication skills are a highly compensated advantage).
• Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must.

Optional Qualifications:

• ReactJs, NodeJs, AWS, and Microfrontend.
• Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools Jira and Confluence.
