Location: The position is flexible and can be based in either Gafsa or Bizerte, depending on the selected candidate's location. We welcome applicants from both plants to apply for this opportunity. Please indicate your preferred location in your application.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum bachelor's degree (BAc + 3) in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, or Commerce.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Yazaki or a related industry.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Request quotations from suppliers and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Approve purchase requests, edit purchase orders, send them to suppliers, and track suppliers' claims.
• Conduct supplier benchmarking and analyze purchase statistics.
• Source approvals and negotiate supplier contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Conduct active market investigations to monitor price fluctuations and assess market effects
• Ensure suppliers adhere to Yazaki invoicing rules.
• Adhere to purchase procedures and processes.
• Uphold Yazaki's code of conduct.
• Process purchase requests promptly without delays.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple purchasing categories simultaneously.
• Consolidate, manage, and standardize spending by leveraging synergies between the plants.
• Lead negotiations with local suppliers.
• Manage the local supplier panel.
• Collaborate with operations to identify areas of cost optimization and implement actions.
• Be available to travel between production plants.
