As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wire harness manufacturing.
  • Engineer or master's degree is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians and production staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve any production issues.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet production targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
