As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wire harness manufacturing.
- Engineer or master's degree is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians and production staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve any production issues.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet production targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
