Description de l'annonce

·  Identifying and assessing operational risks within the organization.

·  Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate or manage identified operational risks.

·  Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of risk management controls and making recommendations for improvement.

·  Reviewing and updating RCSA workshops.

·   Setting & following up of action plans by coordinating with Risk Partners.

·  Advising management on the potential impact of new regulations, legislation, or industry standards on the bank’s operational risks.

·  Developing and delivering training programs to raise awareness of the Bank’s operational risks and Business Continuity practices.

·  Maintaining accurate records of all risk management activities, including risk assessments, action plans, and incident reports.

·  Continuously monitoring for any potential emerging risks that could impact the Bank and take necessary actions.

·  Preparing operational risks reports for the Parent bank & supervisory authorities.

·  Performing Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity tasks.

·  Preparing- CBT centrale d’informations tasks.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

·  Master's degree in Finance, Banking.

  • An experience in Risk management, with a focus on operational Risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the bank.

·  Good English communication (speaking and writing) skills.

·  Professional certifications such as: ISO, COSO, etc., can be added advantage.
