Your Main Missions:
- Ensure a proximity management approach and guarantee the growth of the team’s skills,
- Analyze results, identify gaps and implement the necessary actions and plans for the achievement of goals,
- Prepare and ensure reporting within deadlines,
Who exactly are we looking for?
Successful candidates must provide:
- Fluency in written and spoken French,
- Fluency in written and spoken English,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service,
- Rigor and organizational skills,
- Perfect mastery of all the KPIs of the job,
- Exemplarity and confidentiality,
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office),
- Analytical and evaluation skills,
- Objectivity and reactivity.
