We are looking for a passionate and experienced Automotive Process Engineering Supervisor to help ensure the continued success of our automotive products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive Processes,

Qualifications:

Engineer or master's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
07 years of experience in wire harness manufacturing.
Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Provide clear direction, guidance, and leadership to the team.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.
Work with upper management to develop and implement strategic plans for the area of responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of processes, standards, and project updates.
Prepare reports for upper management summarizing team achievements and challenges.
Identify potential risks in P1, P2 and P3 processes and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure cost-effective practices without compromising quality.
