We are looking for a passionate and experienced Automotive Process Engineering Supervisor to help ensure the continued success of our automotive products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive Processes,

Qualifications:

  • Engineer or master's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 07 years of experience in wire harness manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards. 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear direction, guidance, and leadership to the team.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Work with upper management to develop and implement strategic plans for the area of responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of processes, standards, and project updates.
  • Prepare reports for upper management summarizing team achievements and challenges.
  • Identify potential risks in P1, P2 and P3 processes and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure cost-effective practices without compromising quality.
