## Description

The jobs in this level are responsible for providing effective support to users on the network and other associated systems under supervision. Job holders develop simple programming solutions and carry out troubleshooting for non-routine problems in a timely manner to ensure minimum downtime. 

  

Required Qualifications

Diploma in IT or a related field 

Sage ERP system administration & maintenance.
