We are looking for a passionate and experienced Automotive Quality Specialist to help ensure the continued success of our automotive products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive quality management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain and enhance the quality standards of our products. This position plays a vital role in our commitment to delivering high-quality vehicles to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards for automotive products.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues at various stages of production.
  • Analyze data and create reports to monitor and improve product quality.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming components and materials.
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in automotive quality.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree 
  • Automotive industry experience minimum 2 years
  • Proven experience in automotive quality management.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO/TS 16949).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software.
