Role Documentation specialist: managing and organizing and maintaining documentation related to various processes procedures and projects their responsibilities typically include:

·  Document Management: creating, organizing and updating technical manuals, SOPs, work instructions, specifications, and guidelines

·  Quality assurance: Ensure that all documents meet company standards, regulatory compliance, and industry requirements, maintaining accuracy consistency, and clarity in documentation.

·  Collaboration: working closely with various departments to gather necessary information, verify accuracy, and incorporate changes into existing documentation

·  Version control: managing document versions and revisions, tracking changes, and maintaining a clear history of documents updates

·  Training support: Assisting in developing training materials based on documented processes ensuring that they are easily understandable and accessible for employee training purposes.

·  Compliance and auditing Ensure that all documentation adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices assisting in audits by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation

·  Documentation systems and tools: utilizing document management systems to create, validate, organize and store documents making them easily accessible to authorized personnel

Qualifications:

·  Master’s degree in business administration or relevant field

·  Technical writing skills

·  Industry knowledge

·  Knowledge of documentation management tools is preferred

·  Communication skills

·  Attention to details

·  Adaptability and organization

·  Problem-solving abilities

·  Regulatory compliance knowledge

·  Computer skills

·  Fluent in English
