We are looking for accurate and focused OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR position based in Tunisia.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Office Administrator you will be taking care of the office organization and well-being of the team in Tunisia. The ideal candidate will be covering the following aspects:

·  Comfortable, neat and well-arranged office space

·  Managing key service providers and suppliers (cleaning services, security protocol and badges, etc.)

·  Identifying and engaging new suppliers when required

·  Taking care of archiving solutions, identifying areas for improvement

·  Together with N&WA HR organization, implementing and rolling out well-being initiatives

·  Providing on-site support for HR Matters

EDUCATION 

University degree (Bachelor) in Procurement, Law, HR or Language studies

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of experience in a multinational or FMCG company.

SKILLS

  • Fluent in French, Arabic & English
  • Excellent to very good skills in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can do spirit
  • Sense of accountability and proactivity is a must
  • Ability to find solutions and drive results
