**Requirements:**

  * Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  * Proficiency in MS Office Suite or relevant software.
  * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
